Exporting resources from module A for import to module B

If you have entered resources and mappings manually in module A, you can streamline the handling of module B using the following method.

It is possible to export an Excel from the tab Byggskedet A1-A3 transp. A4, spill A5.1 via this highlighted button: 

You can then click Import Resources on the tab for stages B2-B5

Here you then select import via BM Generic format and upload the file that has been generated. 

You must then manually add the frequency period. The column will be highlighted in red after import to alert you to this.

If not all resources are to be included in the B stage that are entered in the A stage, they can be deleted in the Excel file before import.
